Being shortlisted for a ScotlandIS Tech for Good Award is thanks to all our learners, mentors, partners, tutors, funders, and our wider network community.

Over the past two years, Code Division—working with and —has delivered more than digital courses. Using design thinking, we’ve built learning with people, responding to real lives, changing labour markets, and wellbeing needs.

With the support of Tay Cities, Data Skills for Work, and Dundee City Council, we focused on people excluded from traditional tech pathways. We prioritised employability, confidence, resilience, and mental wellbeing alongside technical skills.

Together, we’ve created inclusive digital, data, coding and marketing pathways grounded in accredited learning, mentorship, and community.
