Is anyone else surprised that we've already reached the halfway point of 2025?

We thought it would be a good time to reflect on some of the highlights of 2025 so far. Reflection is key to future success and with the exciting developments with Infrastar as a company, we wanted to take a moment.

We want share some of the key events that we have attended this year.
IBM has been an incredible host to us and our clients, sharing the insights of their unique and innovative Hursley data centre in Wi******er. We were also invited to attend their industry-leading events, such as the IBM Defence Event in March.

Cisco Live was attended by Glen and Matt, at the RAI conference centre in Amsterdam.

We collaborated with Vast Data for the DIAC Connect 2025 - a fantastic opportunity for us to connect with industry peers, gain fresh insights, and strengthen relationships.

Exertis Enterprise provided a fantastic few days in Barcelona for our Sales team, giving the opportunity to have great conversations directly with partners like Supermicro and create new business partnerships with Cambium Networks Global Defense and Security (GDS) .

Not only have we attended key events with our partners, but we have also supported our chosen charities. Among many fun days, Team Forces have invited us to the races, with ex and current Forces speakers sharing their incredible experiences, which were humbling and inspiring!

With the year speeding by, we look forward to embracing the challenges for the rest of 2025 and we wish you all the very best too.

Infrastar proudly signed the Armed Forces Covenant in 2022 to demonstrate our respect and commitment to support the Armed Forces community and to take a pledge of no disadvantage against currently serving military personnel, ex-service personnel, reservists and their families when it comes to employment. Over half of our team fall under these roles and we are delighted to hold the Gold Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Award.

At Infrastar, it is extremely important to us that we take time to focus on mental health awareness. Keeping Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month in mind allows us to build stronger connections by continuing to support employee wellbeing in both mental and physical aspects.

A reminder of things you can do to support mental health are:

- Don’t forget to check in on each other.
- Create a supportive work environment where mental health is openly discussed and normalised.
- Training staff to be mental health first aiders. At Infrastar, we now have 4.
- Encourage each other to set boundaries and take breaks as a result of your hard work each day.

Men’s Mental Health Day reminds us that it’s okay to talk, reach out, and prioritise our mental health. Whether you’re facing stress, anxiety, or simply need a moment to reset, know that there’s strength in seeking support and opening up.

Let’s , support each other, and continue to break the stigma surrounding mental health.
