Almost 9 million people affected by airport cyber attack

Three major UK airports have been hit by a cyber security incident over the weekend. Manchester Airports Group, which owns Manchester, East Midlands and London Stansted airports, said hackers obtained contact details, vehicle registrations and postcodes of customers.

Iran-linked hackers reportedly shut down UK power plant

The Telegraph reported that hackers affiliated to the Iranian regime were behind a cyber attack that shut down a small power plant for four days. The Department for Energy Security and Net Zero has advised power companies about the risk of cyber attacks.
