Pokemon League Challenge registration starts 10.00 (please check event listing on the Grim webstore for final details)

League Challenges are for taking the next step up from our regular league nights and award Championship Points, giving you an opportunity to earn your invitation to the World Championships.

Bring with you a legal 60 card deck and deck list for submission (please submit ahead of the event), all relevant gaming tools you'll require as none will be provided (tokens, dice etc), and a sporting attitude!

Deck checks will be completed during the event

Anyone attending who is under 16 must have an adult remain with them.

You must have a Pokemon ID, if you do not have on then create a Pokemon Trainer Club account here: Pokémon Trainer Club

Details:

Tournament Format: Standard Swiss (rounds and single elimination dependant on number of players)
Best of 3 games, 50 mins round timer, no Top Cut
Prize Support: One booster in the prize pool for every entry, will be trickled down through the top placed finishers (dependent on number of duelists)
If boosters are not available then vouchers or Prize Packs will replace them for prize support
Registration: 10.00-10.30

Magic Presents: Heart of the Mountain is a casual Commander event that pits players against one another as they battle for control of the Heart of the Mountain, the legendary Arkenstone. The first player to deal combat damage to another becomes the first owner of the Arkenstone. Players may then claim the Arkenstone emblem for themselves by dealing combat damage to the owner, gaining bonuses while in possession of it—and also becoming the primary target at the table!

Each turn that a player controls the Arkenstone, during their upkeep phase they increase their ownership count by one (they do not lose this count if someone takes the Arkenstone from them). If a player's ownership count reaches three, they win the game.

Players receive the promo card for participating*.

This premier event can earn you up to 50 championship points (number of participants depending) towards your invite to the world championships. These events are a step up from League Challenge competitions, featuring an increased Championship Point payout and giving players more opportunities to test their skills in preparation for larger events.

This is a ticket only, no pre-release packs will be posted out

Come along to join in with us for our Reality Fracture Pre-release which we are running as a Sealed Deck event with the pre-release kit for entry and one pack into the prize pool.

Event will be maximum of four rounds, no top cut, event split into two depending on numbers attending.

Build a minimum 40 card deck, side deck of any cards from the booster packs that you haven't used. Land bank will be available. Once decks are built then follow up with a Best of Three Swiss tournament.

This book contains the core system rules, as well as character creation, advancement, monsters and antagonists, as well as GameMaster advice.

In BRP, success and failure are always determined by the roll of a D100. Comparing that roll to the relevant Skill, Characteristic, Ability, or Power, you succeed if you roll under the target number. This means every stat on your character sheet clearly indicates to you the likelihood of success.

Characters in a BRP game evolve based on what they do in-game. If you fire a gun, that skill may increase. If you want your character to learn magic, get better at driving cars, lassoing horses, or even repairing a spaceship, then your character will do so by using those skills!
