Part-Time Purchasing/Admin Assistant
📅 Thursdays & Fridays
⏰ 7:30am–4:00pm

You’ll order materials, liaise with suppliers, check paperwork and support with general admin.

We’re looking for someone organised, reliable, confident on the phone and great with detail. Previous purchasing or admin experience is a bonus.

Introducing Ben - One of the newest members of our team! Ben joined us in January as a trainee Project Manager.

Ben previously worked for a special effects company with no previous experience of signage, but has picked things up really quickly and is now running projects for some of our biggest clients.

Ben said of the wonderful of signage, he “hadn’t considered signs before”, but is enjoying learning how much there is to it!

In his spare time Ben enjoys staying active and is currently in training for the London Marathon! Which we wish him all the best with - Go Ben! 🏃🏻‍♂️

Hoka’s new signage at Cheshire Oaks Outlet Centre completed by us across two site visits in July - once to fit the temporary graphics, and then back again to install the main signage.

The store went live a couple of weeks ago and includes a large flex face sign, as well as illuminated glass signage giving the store real impact.

Cheshire Oaks is a familiar site for us where we have completed a number of projects over recent years, but this was our first one for Hoka!

We put a team into the local touch rugby tournament at the weekend and won the wooden spoon trophy!

Only three of the team had played rugby before, but everyone got stuck into it and we had a really good day!

The players as well as supporters gave up their normal weekends after a busy weekend at work to play together, which we think says a lot.

We won 2 out of 6 games and got to the final of the wooden spoon match which we won! Not bad for a team over half of whom had never played before.

It’s brought a lot of energy and enthusiasm into the week and created a real buzz amongst the team - there’s already talk of doing it again next year!
