✨Business Meets Community-Volunteering for Impact✨

Today, Neil, our Communication and Engagement Lead at N3i, attended the The HEY Smile Foundation Business Meets Community event.

It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with organisations across the VCSE sector (Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise)-those dedicated to supporting communities and driving positive social change.

We explored ways in which N3i can play a meaningful role through volunteering for impact, building partnerships, supporting the VCSE sector to ensure we work together to make a real difference.

🚶Stepping into National Walking Month 🚶

Today at N3i, we took 20 minutes out of our lunchtime to get moving and enjoy a walk together.

We’re fortunate to have a woodland walk right behind our Hessle office-making it easily accessible and a real pleasure to enjoy on a sunny day like this 🌳☀️

🎉 Last week’s N3i Timeout Day was a powerful reminder of the value of stepping back, learning together, and reconnecting as teams.

Alongside this, the fun team-building activities gave us the chance to laugh, connect in new ways, and strengthen relationships across teams. 🤝😁

🎤 We were also delighted to welcome James Rule from The Lonely Leader, who delivered a thoughtful and inspiring session to close the day. This followed a full week of presenting motivational leadership training to our teams. A huge thank you to James for the insight, energy and inspiration 🤝
