13 Years
Wow… where has that time gone?
Today marks 13 years in business, and what a journey it has been.
Like every business owner, I’ve experienced the highs that make you feel like you’re on top of the world, and the lows that make you question everything. We’ve celebrated incredible wins, learnt from painful losses, secured contracts we never thought possible, and missed out on opportunities that have only made us stronger.
If there’s one thing I’ve learnt, it’s that business isn’t about never failing. It’s about getting back up every single time.
Over the last 13 years, there have been so many people who have played a part in this journey. Team members who have come and gone, each leaving their own mark on the business and helping shape Teqex into what it is today. Every contribution, no matter how big or small, has helped us move forward, and for that I’ll always be grateful.
To our current team… thank you.
Your passion, commitment and belief in what we’re building makes coming to work every day enjoyable. You don’t just turn up to do a job—you genuinely care about our customers, our reputation and each other. I couldn’t ask for a better group of people to share this journey with.
To our customers, thank you for trusting us. Whether you’ve spent £10 or hundreds of thousands of pounds with us, every order has meant something to us and has helped us continue to grow.
To our suppliers and vendor partners, thank you for believing in us, supporting us and working with us to deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients.
And finally, thank you to everyone who has supported me personally over the years.
Whether you’ve bought from us, recommended us, introduced us to someone, shared one of our posts, answered a phone call when I needed to bounce ideas around, or simply listened while I vented after one of those difficult days… you’ve played a part in this journey, and I’ll never take that for granted.
People often see the milestones.
They don’t always see the late nights, the setbacks, the stress, the self-doubt, or the sacrifices that happen behind the scenes.
But despite all of that…
I wouldn’t change a thing.
The last 13 years have taught me lessons no classroom ever could, introduced me to incredible people and created friendships that will last a lifetime.
We’re only just getting started.
Here’s to the next chapter, continuing to do things differently, continuing to put world-class customer service first, and continuing to prove that relationships will always matter more than transactions.
