Above and beyond for live events!

When Matt at MSL Hire called our team at 7:30pm on Wednesday, he was facing every lighting designer/programmer’s worst nightmare: his console had died right in the middle of the fit-up for Falmouth Week, and he desperately needed a replacement.

The AC-ET team jumped straight into action. First thing Thursday morning, a brand-new Avolites Diamond 7 (D7-215) lighting console was dispatched from our High Wycombe facility via a dedicated courier.

Here's what Matt Tyler, Owner of MSL Hire Truro, had to say:

"After my console died on me during the fit up for the Falmouth Week festival, I called Andy Mahaffey at AC-ET around 7.30pm on Wednesday evening to see if they had a new Avolites D7 in stock. Massively surprised that the answer was yes - these desks are so sought after!.

The order was placed and first thing Thursday it was despatched down to Falmouth from High Wycombe. Less than 20 hrs later we are back in business. Thank you AC-ET."
