This small LT100 Control Panel has almost 250 individual components!
If this is just for a small control panel, imagine how many some of the larger chargers and fuseboards contain!

Diagnosing the cause of the faults can actually be the time consuming part, requiring our verifying engineer to have a good knowledge of the board. However our repair engineer still has to deal with over 100 resistors, at just 0.8mm wide...

Considering the transformer on the 5th image weighs 110 grams, how many of these resistors do you think it takes to match that?

We do daily repairs with these tiny components, that requires both skill, and the correct equipment.
Some other items are included to give you a sense of scale (particularly the paper!)

Some repairs take up a fraction of the board, yet are almost 1/4 of the total components!
The legs of the IC on the 2nd and 3rd image are just 0.28mm wide... That takes some serious soldering skills!

When we ship our products and repairs, we take care that every item is packaged securely. This customer has gone above and beyond that! It's not every day we see an EC600 with a custom box!

Whilst a custom box is not expected, we advise you carefully package your units, as we regularly receive items with postal damage.

Did you know that some EBL units have a Control Panel built ins This Schaudt EBL 263-5 has no Fuses on the front instead there is a Control Panel in its place

Due to the large, `old school' transformer, this EBL is heavy, has an uneven weight distribution and requires careful handling during repairs!

Wow! This EVS38/20 is cooked! After opening this unit up, the customers fault became quite apparent! Unsurprisingly, this unit was declared to be beyond repair by our Engineers.
