The UK’s New Home For Premium AV Distribution - AV8 Distribution

As of today, 1st June 2026 Meridian Audio has announced an exciting new sales and distribution model across the UK and Ireland.

The move introduces a new partnership with independent distributor, AV8 Distribution, who will take on full responsibility for Meridian’s custom and luxury audio product sales across the region. This new partnership will replace Meridian’s existing in-house distribution arm, DbM (Distributed by Meridian)*, marking the next phase in the company’s commercial development.

AV8 Distribution will operate as an independent, privately owned business which will be led by Barry Sheldrick, who brings 25+ years of experience to the AV market.
