Hey, everyone. So, last time we met was December 2023 when we unveiled the That'll Be The Day Christmas Show stage backdrop, legs and riser skirt designs that toured theatres to sell out audiences all over the UK.
Facebook tells me that I haven't posted anything for 470 days so it must be time to tell you what's been going on since then. Well, we've been far from idle.
We have been very busy producing custom AV, music, voice overs, merchandising and advertisement material for touring theatre shows such as That'll Be The Day, Walk Right Back, Jackson Productions Presents: The McCartney Songbook, Back In The Day, Live Forever and An Evening With Trevor & Gary. These shows have been touring the UK, Europe and Canada.
So what's involved? Well, we're talking about hundreds and hundreds of custom animated video loops, specially created video backdrops and video sequences, era specific voice overs and music, posters, t-shirt designs, backing tracks, photo montages, virtual scenery, physical stage backdrops and so much other stuff that its amazing that this all gets done alongside a professional musician career of 200+ live theatre shows a year! But we do it.
When we have a spare few days, then there's time for the creation of CD artwork for singers like Gary Anderson and Pete Jackson and custom backing tracks and video wall graphics for Gary Anderson's wonderful "Voice of the Legends" show for Whaley Entertainments Ltd.
So what's in store for 2025?
Well, we're very excited that Jackson Productions Presents: The McCartney Songbook will be going ahead with it's 2025 UK tour despite the tragic loss of its main man Pete Jackson in late 2024. We'll be carrying on his legacy with pride in a new production of the masterworks of Paul McCartney, Wings and The Beatles.
It's also the 40th year of That'll Be The Day and the brand new show will hit theatres in August 2025 and we're really looking forward to creating their on screen AV for this special year.
