Celebrating 60 years of working with Grosvenor House Papers!
Keith Young, Chairman, started working for GHP back in 1966 (at 17!). With only 3 other members on the team, Keith had to be a jack of all trades, from being the warehouse man, the van driver, the guillotine operator, and so much more; it's no wonder paper became a way of life for Keith.
In 1975, Keith took to the road and started repping for GHP, and it wasn't long after that Keith became a partner. In 1990, the business moved from Stramongate to Westmorland Business Park, becoming a limited company in 1992, the same time Keith's wife, Janet, joined the company.
In 2016, Papermilldirect became a part of Grosvenor House Papers. With Keith's experience and knowledge of the paper industry, expanding the company to include luxury paper and card felt like the right next step.
After 60 years in the business, Keith is still passionate about the world of paper and describes working in the industry as 'something you grow into'.
