Problems with technology are the last thing you want when life has become so much more digital, or you’re working from home. Whilst our shop must remain closed to the public, there are other ways we can help you overcome obstacles you may be facing using technology in your home.
❌ ANTI-VIRUS ❌
It’s so important to have up-to-date anti-virus installed on your PC. Customers have often dropped off their machine to remove a virus or malware, then getting our anti-virus subscription to keep their PC safe and never have to worry about it getting infected. Since your machine should not be leaving your house at the moment, removing infections becomes very difficult to do. Some can be removed remotely, but this is quite rare. Get in touch to purchase our trusted anti-virus software on your device as soon as possible.
🗂 BACK-UP 🗂
Even the most optimised machine can run into a problem, documents and cherished photos can be deleted by mistake. Data recovery is another service that is not always possible remotely, we strongly recommend backing up your devices regularly to avoid losing your data. Subscribe to one of our cloud backup plans for peace of mind of knowing your files are safe with us.
🕹 REMOTE SUPPORT 🕹
This one is a bit tricky. There will be many issues that can be sorted through a phone call or by giving us remote access to your machine through the internet. We can either talk you through how to resolve the issue or fix it directly on your computer while you sit back and watch (or go and get a cuppa!)
We would love to say we can fix any problem remotely but it’s just not the case, please call us to find out how we can help you.

Is there more than one person in your household that wants to use the computer? We can help you to create separate user accounts for everyone... and set up passwords so your children can’t use your computer without permission!
