Logistics Manager – Hemel Hempstead
The Role
Manage all goods‑in and goods‑out, including large machinery
Maintain accurate inventory control of equipment, parts, and consumables
Operate and oversee forklift loading and unloading
Ensure full health & safety compliance across warehouse operations
Maintain and use computerised logistics and stock systems
Work closely with engineering and operations teams
About You
Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics or warehouse management
Forklift licence (essential)
Full UK driving licence
Strong health & safety awareness
Organised, reliable, and comfortable working in a small, hands‑on team environment

£40,000+ salary, depending on experience
20 days holiday, increasing to 24 days
