Lacrosse players don’t talk about The National Schools Lacrosse Championships. To them, it’s just The Nationals. The massive annual event brings together more than 50 schools and 2,500 players to battle their way to the top of their age group. But despite 82 years of unmissable tournaments, England Lacrosse had never given the championships a proper, punchy identity to match the name. Until now.

A nice little brief from a few weeks ago.

England Lacrosse were hosting the Japanese women's squad at Lilleshall for the Home Internationals and wanted something to mark the occasion, a gift the Japan team could take home with them. The brief was pretty clear, 'make it feel very British'.

We designed a poster with a bold Union Jack and lacrosse player in full stride and then produced a mini postcard version for each player too. The England squad signed and framed the main one to present on the night and the reaction photos were a bonus!

Portable toilets aren’t usually associated with good design, but Luii Limited wanted to change that.

We built upon the excellent product design by Tone Product Design and an existing logo to develop a visual and verbal identity that moves away from the typical imagery of 'smiling old people' into something more creative, confident and conversational.

Because Luii’s toilets aren’t healthcare devices. They’re lifestyle products. Everybody pees, after all.

Last year we worked with England Lacrosse to develop the identity for the National Schools Championship which is taking place this week.

The competition has been running for 80+ years and brings together girls from 50 schools around the country, competing across four age categories. It's fiercely contested and has a loyal following, so identity needed to capture both its heritage and importance in the lacrosse calendar.

A full case study is in the works, but for now it's great to see the branding out in the wild. Best of luck to everyone competing over the next few days!

Another little Lark project to share this week, a visual identity for Remore Steading. A beautifully restored 1800s farmhouse turned holiday home, tucked away in the Scottish Highlands.

From the window-inspired monogram to the muted colour palette, everything’s designed to feel part of the place. Sturdy but luxurious.

Our latest project with Dragonfly Tea, their new gifting product, the Herbal Tea Collection.

The brief was to create something special enough to give while staying true to their sustainable values. The design feels like a garden in full bloom, celebrating the botanicals and ingredients that make each Dragonfly blend unique.

The final design brings together Tatiana Boyko's beautiful illustrations from across the range into one layered, blooming scene. A touch of gold foil adds a premium warmth without compromising recyclability. Each tube holds 30 individually sealed, plastic-free tea sachets. A thoughtful way to taste, share and enjoy Dragonfly’s favourite infusions.
