In what ways can you attract more clients online?
We’ve been undergoing a little bit of a digital makeover ourselves here at PrimePRO, and it got us thinking about some of the best ways a recruiter can attract more clients in the digital space.
So here’s our top 5 ways… 👇
1/ An active LinkedIn profile
You need to be present to be seen. Talk to your audience by providing value-driven content, engaging in their conversations, and keeping on top of their industry trends.
2/ An easy-to-navigate website
A bit about you, what you do, what you have done and a simple CTA (Call to Action) will do. Make sure it’s easily useable with a menu and clear buttons.
3/ CTAs need to be visible
Make it easy for them to book a call with you because no one likes jumping through multiple hoops. Add a contact link to your LinkedIn profile and a simple contact form to your website.
4/ Speak like a human & ditch AI (or heavily edit it)
Show off that lovely personality! In any of your online and email correspondence, ditch AI if you can. Everyone is fed up with the crazy emojis and overused words instantly recognisable as ChatGPT.
5/ Have a strategy! 📈
You need to think about your target audience, your unique selling points, and how you can differentiate yourself from the competition. Then, draft a plan on how you can talk to them and gain them as a client.
