Liquid damage, one of those things that you think will never happen to you or your devices. It actually happens a lot more than you'd think.
Liquid damage comes in various ways, from spilling tea on your keyboard to having your phone in your pocket while jogging or even atmospheric damp. It's one of those pesky things that will definitely give your heart a jumpstart!

Eventually over time even devices that are waterproof will lose their water resistance value.

If liquid damage is something that has happened to you, firstly switch the device off! This prevents all those lovely little components inside getting warm and warming up that liquid which could cause an incorrect connection or corrosion. Secondly, we would advise that you contact us about what we can do to help, sometimes it might just need a thourough internal clean.

One of the worst things that can happen is that the device just never works again but we can help. The device might be gone beyond repair but we can certainly help to recover the data that was stored or in some very fortunate situations, repair the device!

Do we accept devices being mailed into us?

The answer is yes!

We will always send your device back to your return address tracked and signed for. Unfortunately due to delivery company strikes or back logs we cannot guarantee it will arrive by the time limit stated via that company.

We accept any device regardless of age or manufacturer from anywhere within the UK. We hope to expand this service in the near future!

About our Data Vault Service.

We offer a secure offline and offsite data back-up service. This means we can help you to keep all of your personal documents, photos or other information safe from a variety of problems like damage, viruses and even age of the device.

This service complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) law.

The pricing for this service is simple:
£10 per month
or
£120 for the year

The data vault comes with 1TB of storage as standard. If more storage is required we will gladly arrange any add-ons required with you.

Your data can be updated to our data vault as neccessary, meaning you don't lose out on keeping new precious photos or documents safe. This also means that if you get a new device, the lastest back-up made can be downloaded onto it!

This helps keep you more free to go about daily life and live data stress free!

Accidentally washed your vehicle keys? Vehicle keys just not working as they should? Here at Complete Comtech Solutions LTD we have the solution for you!
Give a warm welcome to our new service: Key Fob Repair!
This includes a thorough external and internal Key clean as well as any potential internal component changes; for example transistors! When this work is carried out, the key of course will be tested with your vehicle to ensure it is functioning correctly. This specialised work is an alternative to a new key and/or vehicle lock replacements and is priced at £250.

This service includes any liquid damage to the key fob, internal wear and tear and any other corrosion. Key fob repair includes firstly an inspection externally and internally and then moves onto the specialist work of electrical cleaning, necessary soldering and any potential component changes.

Although new, this service has a 100% success rate!

Faults may include:
-Central locking incorrectly functioning
-Windows opening and closing of their own accord
-Boot opening by itself
-Intermittent responsiveness
-Buttons getting stuck
-Alarm sounding randomly
-Alarm refusing to arm and disarm
-Vehicle may not detect the fob (distance)

Initial Key fob diagnostic is £10, should you wish for the key fob to be repaired the £250 fee applies and the diagnostic is then free.

Please note that we do not stock or supply new keys. As a guidance some faults may not be due to the key fob, should this be the case please contact your preferred garage for assistance.
