It’s been a little while! We’ve been getting thoroughly stuck into our client work since we last posted, and we’ve brought some amazing projects to life which we can’t wait to share with you soon!

It's International Women’s day and we're celebrating our amazing lead designer Kate! ✨

Kate lives and breathes all things creative. She is forward-thinking in her approach and always strives to give our clients unique, timeless and valuable design solutions.

Some of her favourite designers include Margaret Calvert and Jessica Walsh, discovering them initially at University.

Kate was the visual brains behind some of our favourite M12 projects like Manta Hair, Paws & Presto and Travel Chat 💡

Design and branding isn’t Kate’s only forte.. she constantly provides the team with belly laughs from her amazing one-liners.

It's that time of year where we slow things down a bit and set some valuable time aside for all things internal.

Doing this gives our team a chance to share their ideas for growth and reflect on the skills they want to learn for the year ahead. Ryan, our Project Manager will be learning the ins-and-outs of code to improve his existing workflow with our developers.

Today we’re celebrating the work anniversary of Yasar and Hayden. Both of whom joined the team on the same day, 1 year apart! 🎉

Yasar has now been part of the M12 team for 2 years. An incredibly talented Software Developer, he is responsible for working on the back-end of our projects and making sure everything runs smoothly, including things like logic, database-design and keeping everything secure and debugged for our clients. Most importantly, Yasar keeps everyone in the office endlessly entertained with his ridiculous humour!

Hayden joined the team 3 years ago and was our first official hire, as both a developer and animator. Hayden has a real eye for detail and his unique skill set allows him to work on development and animation projects with ease. He is amazing at all things "Motion" and always delivers visually compelling solutions for our clients. Aside from animation, he's responsible for a lot of our Front-end, builds as well as getting stuck into design and prototyping. Oh, and if you ever need a champion beer pong player for your team, Hayden is the one!

We don’t know what we’d do without either of them, so cheers to you both lads! 🍻

We have officially been in business for 4 years, and we’re celebrating all week!

Firstly, we would like to thank all of our clients and partners for sticking by us through it all. We are feeling so grateful to have forged so many fantastic working relationships with such brilliant people over the years. So, thank you.

Over the past 4 years, we have welcomed on board some seriously talented individuals, who (if we do say so ourselves) are incredible at what they do. We’re so proud to have built a team that makes Motion 12 such a pleasure to be a part of, and through no shortage of laughter.

For those of you that know our Managing Director, Sam Reid, I’m sure you can all share in our pride for his success in building a business that is completely authentic to his nature. His commitment to going above and beyond for clients will always be the very foundation of everything we do.

Lastly, and most excitedly… we have a new website! We were long overdue for a refresh, and it was about time that our story and clients were given a well-deserved spotlight. But that’s all we’ll say for now, you’ll have to take a look for yourself!
