Hello everyone!

Easter is fast approaching. We hope you have all stocked up on eggs.

We wanted to provide an update on our opening hours over the upcoming bank holidays.

Our support team will still be available as usual. This means they can be contacted 24/7 by raising a ticket on our website, or by emailing them at [email protected]. If you wish to speak to a member of our technical team they will be reachable by phone 8am to 10pm over the entire holiday period on 0113 894 1951.

Our other teams will be unavailable between 5pm Thursday 6th April and 9am Tuesday 11th April. If you have any queries in the meantime please send us an email at [email protected] and our team will pick this up following the holidays.

Getting in touch!

We wanted to let you know about a change to our Customer Service opening times.

From 1st February, our customer services team will be available on 0113 894 1951 from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Technical Support will still be available outside of these hours so if you're experiencing any issues with your service, please contact our Technical Support team on 0113 894 1951 or [email protected] who are available from 8am to 10pm 7 days a week.

It's been a busy year here at Boundless Networks. We have launched our Fibre network which will be available soon in urban locations, we have increased our fastest package by 9x and our help desk hours have been extended.

We have lots more to come in 2022 but for now we wish you a very Happy New Year

The weather might be a little crazy this week but that doesn't stop our engineers from being out and about maintaining our network.

Storm Arwen has caused extensive damage to the power grids network, with Northern Powergrid saying it's the worst in 20 years! This has meant that several of our sites have lost power. Fortunately, our network equipment has been unharmed so where possible our engineers braving conditions to install alternative power sources.

To help alleviate things, our guys have been braving the cold, setting up generators, swapping out batteries and other clever things to power the network so that as many of our customers as possible are kept online.

****SERVICE UPDATE****

The storm over the weekend has affected much of our network, this is linked to the power outages and is reliant on the power board restoring services to our infrastructure.
Our engineers are working hard to provide alternative sources of power where possible, in order to restore customer services.

Tag a friend who needs better internet.

It's 2021, we live in a world where the internet is the 4th utility but 21.5Million homes don't have the option to connect to a Fibre network. Leaving them with an unreliable, unstable and frankly slow internet connection.

In a time when more and more people are working from home, connecting with friends and family over the internet and our homes are becoming more smart-enabled, we should take internet connection for granted, but too many people struggle with a slow connection.

It's time for a and bring everyone up to the standard of the internet that they deserve.

We have a confession to make.

We spoke too soon about Christmas and for that, we are very sorry.

We totally forgot about Bonfire night!!

So here are our top facts about Bonfire night in an attempt to make up for our previous 'spoke too soon moment'

1. It used to be illegal NOT to celebrate bonfire night - we think this should come back (extra bank holiday!)

2. Queen lizzie the first created a title for the best firework maker - they are known as the 'Fire master of england' does anyone know where we apply for this title??

3. If you do become the fire master, don't go breaking into the houses of parliament because the guards still do a search on bonfire night. - I mean you probably shouldn't do that anyway

4. Average sparklers burn at 1000 degrees!!! Thats as hot as our fibre network is fast! 😜 (do you like the segway - just incase my boss sees this post)
