We’re looking for a Network Operations Engineer to join our Proactive team in Leeds. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the availability, performance, and security of managed customer networks, working across firewalls, SD-WAN, wireless, WAN connectivity, and multi-vendor estates with a Fortinet-first approach.

You’ll act as a key escalation point within our managed services environment, support major incidents, implement security changes, perform health checks, and drive continuous improvement across customer networks.

💗 Pink It Up Week is back, and the TIEVA Team has once again gone above and beyond.

Over the past week, colleagues across our offices and remote teams have come together to support Candlelighters, raising funds and awareness for children and families affected by childhood cancer.

From pink-themed outfits and quizzes to hot wings challenges, sausage roll competitions, darts tournaments, and football matches, the team embraced every opportunity to have fun while supporting an incredible cause.

What makes initiatives like this special isn't just the fundraising total, it's seeing people come together, get involved, and make a genuine difference. Every donation helps Candlelighters continue providing vital support to families facing some of the toughest moments of their lives.

A huge thank you to everyone who took part, donated, organised events, and helped make this year's Pink It Up Week such a success.
