Simple time tracking app for client billing that works perfectly with our invoicing workflow, needed to migrate away after Clockify's recent rug pull.
The added benefit that we own our data!

What Time Tracking apps is everyone using? Ideally with a desktop app to start & stop tracking and must have export functionality in the main app.

I was a fan of Clockify (ranticle in comments) until they removed all the features I actually used in my billing workflow.

I've tentatively moved to Toggl to try it out but even that wasn't smooth, the app feels buggy (common theme so far) but seemed to work after I completed their onboarding that I didn't need.

Let me know recommendations anyway.

Posting only about AI and dev can get boring at times.

So with a lighter tone today I figured I'd post about something different yet still somewhat technical.

My experience running Doom (Yes the game from 1993) mod Brutal DOOM on various Doom ports from my Non gaming machine Macbook and document some of the issues I ran into!
