You may have noticed we are a bit quiet this week. To mark , we are cutting out some of the social media noise that can impact upon mental health in general and giving us a bit of time to breathe and reflect.
We are constantly evolving as an agency, and as mental health issues have become ever more prevalent over the past 12 months, we have agreed upon two key cultural changes to help create a happy and healthy team environment.
In 2020 we made a bold move and dropped down to a four-day working week. Burnout is common in our industry and the health and happiness of our team is a key part of our overall brand prosperity. Our four-day week has given the team more time to do the things they love, spent with family, friends or doing whatever they want to give a greater sense of balance and fulfilment in their lives.
Throughout the working week, we have introduced wellbeing initiatives including yoga, team catch-ups, tips, advice and access to resources.
We don't live to work, nor do we expect our team to, and our shift to a shorter working week and focus on improving wellbeing will provide a huge quality of life benefit for everyone now and into the future.
