We'd like to officially welcome Qasim Imran into the team.

Qasim joins us as a System Engineer, handling calls and jumping in wherever support is needed. He's embraced the fast-paced, "no two days are the same" nature of the role.

Before joining Conformeida, Qasim has worked with Our Learning Cloud and Computeam on projects supporting school environments, deployments, and configurations. Now he's taking on the challenge of expanding his skills into the Mac ecosystem and learning something new every day.

Be it remote troubleshooting, customer support, or working onsite with hardware, Qasim is always ready to help find the best solution. And yes, he still thinks "have you tried turning it off and on again" is a perfectly valid career strategy.

We are delighted to have him on board and look forward to seeing him grow further and take on new challenges.

Black Friday is around the corner, and while shoppers are hunting for the best deals, cybercriminals are hunting for their next victims. Scammers know that excitement (and urgency) can cloud judgement so they take advantage.

Here are a few practical ways to protect yourself and your business this Black Friday:

🔒 Verify before you click.
If a deal looks too good to be true then it probably is. Check URLs carefully for misspellings or unusual domains.

📧 Watch out for phishing emails.
Fake shipping notices, “exclusive offers,” and password-reset requests are common tricks. Never click links or download attachments unless you’re sure of the source.

💳 Use secure payment methods.
Stick to official retailer websites and trusted payment gateways. Avoid direct bank transfers or gift card payments.
