To all the amazing women I know who are the foundations of positive communities – there's funding available to help you continue to be awesome!

Research into the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has shown that women are facing the additional burden of unemployment, childcare and economic distress.

UN Women acknowledged that ‘the pandemic is deepening pre-existing inequalities, exposing vulnerabilities in social, political and economic systems which are in turn amplifying the impacts of the pandemic.’ (UN Women, 2020).

The Empowering Women Fund will provide funding to support small women’s groups and organisations to develop innovative ways of empowering women in their local area and build the capacity of small organisations.

Many women’s lives are complex, and they often have tangled paths through systems, structures and communities to access the support needed to live safe, independent lives. WHY, HOW, AND WHAT

We never cared much for positional power or hierachical control, and fervently believe in challenging the Status Quo and the pursuit of continuous improvement. It was our desire to hold senior executives to account, to promote authentic leadership, and uphold values and standards that directly led to the establishment of Developing Business Excellence Limited.

We appeal directly to those transitioning in to senior management roles, and offer virtual and face to face support and guidance to those privileged enough to be entrusted with the leadership and management of others.

Hello small business owners, charities, heads of marketing.

We've recently created a webinar called ‘The art of brand graphics for social media.’

The webinar talks about what types of graphics you need, how to get mileage out of them, how to use simple apps, templates and even Powerpoint (every designer's usual worst nightmare). The aim is to give you guidance and knowledge that will save you time in your social media marketing efforts whilst still making sure you look and stand out a cut above the rest online!

A simple brand crib sheet detailing your logo, typeface and colours you use can really streamline your approach to creating social media post images as the decisions are there in front of you to follow. Here's a lovely one we created when there wasn't a pandemic on ;) not that that will stop us!
