It's the Toffee's Snowball tonight at the Toffee Factory and we can't wait for some good food from Scream For Pizza, drinks from The Cumberland Arms and merriment with our co-workers!

We're also looking forward to hearing Jumpin' With Stagger Lee on the decks blasting some tunes! I suppose it's time to defrost Mariah Carey for the season! 😛🎵

We were delighted to work with the fantastic team at Birmingham Adult Education Services on their ESOL Hub project. We were even more thrilled to get their feedback and find out how much they had valued our contribution to this exciting project. Designed and developed by Fablr and launched earlier this year, the Birmingham ESOL Hub is tasked with improving access to ESOL (English to Speakers of Other Languages) training providers.

Here at Fablr we’ve embraced the remote working concept. Though we do still have flexible office space in Leeds and Manchester, we don’t prescribe any limits on how often people can work from home. The choice, flexibility and freedom it gives to our teams means they can focus on giving their all to projects.

Recently, though, we’ve taken this even further and have started offering our staff the opportunity to take Workations!

Our Technical Director, Philip, ended up spending two weeks in the beautiful lakeside German town of Konstanz, located on the Swiss border. He found a fantastic co-working space there in an old church in the Niederburg district.

Sean, our Project Manager, is currently in Madrid, working from there for a few days a week while he enjoys long weekends exploring this beautiful city and practising his Spanish.

And our Creative Designer, Abi, who combines working and visiting her twin sister in the spectacular city of Vienna. Combining her favourite things, she visited some of the stunning museums and galleries, while testing out plenty of local beer.

We love a good vacation. We also love our work. So what could be better than a work-cation? Our Technical Director, Philip, is currently working out of a wonderful church in the centre of Konstanz's Niederburg (Old Town). Surrounded by amazing art, great people, and just a few seconds away from a weisebier and a pretzel, he is living the dream! 😄

Fablr is expanding its horizons as we open an office at the Toffee Factory in Newcastle Upon Tyne. Sadly it's no longer a working Toffee Factory, but it is filled with sweet sweet talent and creativity. We already feel at home! You can get there via a short and beautiful commute along Newcastle Quayside.😁
