👀 A dental logo doesn't have to shout "dentist." We're big believers in that.

So when we branded Lye Dental & Implant Centre, we skipped the tooth altogether and worked an L, a D and a little smile into one clean icon instead.

Because a tooth just says "we're a dentist.", but so is everyone else... it doesn't tell a patient whether you're the right one for them.

Something more considered says more. It says this is a practice that cares about the details, which is exactly what someone spending thousands on their teeth wants to see.

Your branding isn't decoration. It's already deciding who books and who bounces and goes to your competitor.

Caught Marius mid content day with one of the lovely practices we partner with 👀

People always ask why we actually come out for these. And fair enough, plenty of agencies never leave their desk. But we've never wanted to just sell a website and disappear. We genuinely like getting to know the people we work with.

Every package we do includes a content session at your practice, so we come to you, bring our photographer 📸, meet the team, and get a real feel for how you work and what makes your place different.

To us it was never only about the website, it's the people behind it, and that's the bit we love most... the gorgeous website is just what comes out of it 👀

It lives in the chaos, on someone's phone, in the middle of a busy day, squeezed between messages, maps and memes.

You get a few seconds, max.

So that's the moment we design for first: the instant they unlock, glance, and decide to stay or swipe away.

Looking good gets you noticed.

Your patients have no clue what this machine is 🤷‍♀️

But they see it and relax a bit anyway, because it tells them you know what you're doing.

That's what real photos of your equipment and your practice do for you. Especially with new patients, who are working out whether they're in safe hands long before they've met you.

Flip it round for a second.

If we listed every tool we use to build a brand, you'd probably not know half of them either. But you'd figure we know what we're doing, because you can tell we take it seriously

Same with your scanner. Nobody needs to understand it. They just need to see it's there.

Which is exactly why stock photos do nothing. A picture of someone else's machine says someone else's machine. Yours says this lot are serious 🙌🏼
