Phishing emails don't look like scams anymore. They look like your supplier, your bank, or your own managing director.

A few habits that catch them out:
Check the sender's exact domain, not just the display name.
Slow down on anything urgent or confidential.
Hover over a link before you click it.
If something feels off, report it rather than delete it.

We made a short video about the Teams messages that drive everyone mad. The "Hi" with nothing else. The "quick call" that eats half an hour. You will recognise every single one.

Behind the laughs, there is a serious point. A few small habits make Teams a much nicer place to work:

Say it in one message. "Hi, can you approve the Henderson quote today?" beats "Hi" followed by silence.

the person you need. A named mention cuts through; a message to everyone reaches no one.

Keep it in the right channel. Project questions belong in the project channel, not a private chat, so the answer helps the whole team.

DND means DND. If someone's status says do not disturb, trust it. Urgent things have a phone.

Reply in threads. It keeps conversations together and saves everyone from scrolling.

Share the video with the worst offender on your team. You know who they are.

This one means a lot. It's the result of a 14-month journey, not a box-ticking exercise. Together, we reviewed their entire IT infrastructure, resolved legacy issues and rebuilt their technology environment to support both day-to-day operations and long-term security goals.

What stands out most is the culture shift. Charity Link hasn't treated cybersecurity as an IT problem. They've made it an organisational responsibility, with a staff team who engaged, learned and committed at every step.
