REVIEWS makes it very easy to write retailer reviews by simply using our search box to find the store you wish to review and then clicking on the “write review” button. If you can't find the retailer that you’re looking for, then simply add the store using our "Add Company" button. Your review will be published immediately to the site, although an alert will be sent to our Review team who will check that it falls within our guidelines. Right To Reply:
We give all online retailers the right to reply. We feel that if a company can reply to a review then we get a more balanced picture of their level of service. It is FREE for retailers to post public replies in response to customer reviews. Validating Reviews:
We only want real reviews from genuine online shoppers so we often ask for proof of purchase in the form of a customer ID, invoice number or delivery number. REVIEWS will only ever remove customer reviews if they do not comply with our terms of use.
