We used biometric analysis of eye movement and facial recognition to discover emotions across the user journey compared to the competitors of "Pash Classics", a furniture specialist, to determine where CRO could be increased. 👀
The two big standouts in need of focus were:
- Navigation, particularly the Mega menu
- Smaller pain points in the basket/checkout
Using the three steps: Plan, Test and Action, we were able to increase sales/conversions by 14% ! Thousands of pounds were saved on short-term web development, zero extra advertising spending and a lifetime value was estimated at £2 million! 📈
