No job too big for the Evolve Document Solutions team as they ensured the nurseries can print, scan and copy whatever is needed for the kids, staff and parents. 🖨

Evolve Document Solutions has officially and successfully completed the national rollout of a brand-new Managed Print Service for Busy Bees Nurseries Limited.

As the UK’s largest early years provider, Busy Bees is a household name, and being trusted to manage their print infrastructure across the entire country is a moment that truly puts Evolve on the map.

To our incredible Evolve staff: You have been tireless. From the initial planning in Bamber Bridge to the final installations throughout the country, your dedication to "getting it right" is why we’re in this position today.

To our subcontractors and partners (including the team at Epson): A nationwide rollout is a huge logistical puzzle. We couldn't have done it without your support, the brilliant, heat-free technology, and the "boots on the ground" who made sure every nursery was looked after according to Evolve’s legendary, stringent demands!

And the Evolve Document Solutions 'Smarty Pants Award' goes to (drum roll please) … Will! 🏆

A very proud day in the Evolve office as our new apprentice, Will, picked up his GCSE results today after studying at Ashton Community Science College.

And, according to a very proud Dad Dan, he didn’t just scrape through either. Will passed them all with flying colours. 👏👏

We’ll spare him the embarrassment of publishing the full breakdown, but safe to say he’s done brilliantly across the board.

Huge congratulations, Will. Enjoy the moment. You’ve earned it.

And to everyone else opening GCSE results today, good luck. Whatever is written on that piece of paper, try not to panic if it isn’t quite what you hoped for. Results matter, but they don’t define you, and there is nearly always another route to where you want to go. ✊

For today, though, Will gets the bragging rights. 😁

There’s a substantial body of research on the effects art can have in the workplace.

🎨 It can stimulate creativity.
😃 Improve mood.
🥸 Give an office a bit more personality.

So, naturally, we’ve invested in a giant blue-haired monkey wearing sunglasses and an orange jacket. And the monkey now takes pride of place in the Evolve office with the king of the jungle. Grrrr!!

What does it say about our company culture?

Not sure.

But he’s already considerably more popular than another motivational quote on a wall.

We’re proud to be backing the next generation of local football.

Evolve Document Solutions has become the match kit sponsor for Bispham Juniors Predators Under 9s, with our logo appearing on the team’s shirts for the next two seasons.

The sponsorship will help fund the new kit, equipment and other team costs as the boys and girls compete in the Blackpool and District League.

As Daniel says:

“Grassroots sport gives young people so much more than football. It helps them build confidence, learn teamwork and enjoy being active.”

We’re looking forward to following the Predators over the coming seasons. Good luck, team!

⛳ £8,545 raised for Galloways!

Following our seventh annual Evolve Charity Golf Day, we were pleased to present Galloways with a cheque for £8,545 – the highest amount raised in the event’s history.

Almost 100 golfers from 23 teams joined us at Ashton & Lea Golf Club in May, with the final total taking the amount raised by the golf day for local causes to almost £40,000 since it began.

A huge thank you to everyone who entered a team, donated prizes, supported the raffle and auction, or helped make the day happen.
The £8,545 will support Galloways in providing services for people living with sight loss across Lancashire and Sefton.

A big Evolve welcome to our two new apprentices, Will Maddox and Josh Passmore 👋

They’ve been settling into life at Evolve over the past few days, so we thought it was time for a proper introduction.

⚽ Will is from Preston and is into football, keeping fit and eating!

His claim to fame (apart from his Dad being Evolve boss Daniel Maddox)? He's met former Everton and Manchester United manager David Moyes.

🎣 Josh is from Catterall and spends his spare time at the gym, shooting and fishing.

His claim to fame? In his own words, “No, not yet!” Give it time, Josh. You’ve only just started!

It’s great to have them both as part of the Evolve team and even better to see the next generation starting their careers with us.
