Last week, Calnex attended the 7th Automotive Ethernet Summit (AES 2026) in Shanghai, China, a key industry event focused on Automotive Ethernet development. It was a pleasure to meet so many industry professionals and exchange insights on Automotive Ethernet and TSN.

Calnex was at Inter BEE 2025 last week, one of the largest media and entertainment technology events in Japan.

Within the DX × IP Pavilion, Calnex’s Paragon-neo and Sentinel synchronization testers, as well as the SNE-X network impairment emulator, were used in different demo sessions to test synchronization performance and emulate real-world network conditions. These solutions provide valuable insights into increasingly complex Media-over-IP environments.

Calnex recently took part in Japan’s Strategic Innovation Promotion Program (SIP3) Quantum Workshop, "Exploring the future enabled by ultra-precise optical frequencies."

Our Strategic Technology Manager, Stefano Ruffini, shared insights on synchronization standardization and the latest developments. Our Business Development Manager, Yingping Wang, highlighted how high-precision frequency sources can enhance test instrument performance.

The workshop provided a platform to engage with cross-sector experts, exchange ideas, and explore developments in optical lattice clocks and quantum networks. Many thanks to the organizers and to our Japanese partner Marubun for making this possible.
