Jamescape was proud to provide enhanced A/V support for the Trade Malta delegation during their visit to CENTRAL TECH as part of their Trade, Business and Investment tour around the UK yesterday. 🔌

Our team delivered a full event support package, including the use of the video wall, multiple display screens throughout the venue, and live audio mixing for speakers and panel sessions to help ensure a seamless experience for all attendees.

A big thank you to Peter Schriewersmann and his team alongside the Sciontec team (Elizabeth Farrington, Sally Bloor) for their support and collaboration in helping us successfully organise and deliver the event, and thank you to Gavin Sherratt for the photos.

We already support our disabled staff well, so we don’t need Disability Confident accreditation ❌

There’s always more that an organisations can do to strengthen disability inclusion and ensure support is consistent across every aspect of what they do.

Disability Confident Leader (Level 3) accreditation validates the inclusivity work your organisation does through staff reporting and independent validation, while also demonstrating your commitment publicly to employees, applicants, clients, and your wider network.

If you want join our movement in championing disability inclusion and learn how to encourage others within your network to do the same, book a meeting with us using the link in our bio.

We’re excited to share that the latest episode of Knauf PodKast is now live, featuring Zack Walker (COO) 🎙️

We’d highly encourage everybody to have a listen to learn more about disability support within the workplace and join the conversation around neurodiversity.

A huge thank you to the team for having us and for championing inclusivity within their industry 👏

We can’t be Disability Confident as a construction company because we can’t employ disabled people ❌

Disability isn’t always physical, and not every role in construction involves physical labour. From HR and marketing to finance and operations, there are countless opportunities to build an inclusive workforce. Every organisation from any sector or industry can benefit from a more diverse and inclusive workplace.

1 in 5 adults in the UK identify as disabled, meaning you may already have disabled staff in your team without even realising it.

We’re proud to be supporting Knauf Insulation, a leading manufacturer of insulation solutions, as they help drive positive change and lead the way for Disability Confident organisations in their industry.

If you want our help to stand out and strengthen your ESG impact, book a meeting with us using the link in our bio.

We’re already Disability Confident Committed (Level 1) and we’d like to see the impact before progressing ❌

Although Disability Confident Committed (Level 1) accreditation is a great first step, it’s a baseline commitment with little practical aspects that actually will bring an impact on your team and applicants.

Disability Confident Employer (Level 2) is where you review and implement inclusive practices throughout your recruitment and staff management procedures - this is where impact starts.

The whole point of the Disability Confident scheme is to progress, continuously improve and challenge your organisation to do better.

Stop being comfortable with the bare minimum and start making a real impact today.

With our support, your organisation can achieve Level 1 for free, and Level 2 for only £400 in as little as a month.

This morning, we provided A/V support for Liverpool Chamber’s event at CENTRAL TECH 🎤

We are proud to have supported the launch of the 2026 Innovation & Impact Awards by Liverpool Chamber. This event included use of multiple synced screens across the Event Space and Atrium (including the venue’s video wall), and a five-person panel.

James Barber (Chief Executive) also spoke on the panel, under the Harker banner, about our innovative approach to offering meaningful opportunities for local young people through our work experience and internship programmes.

If you’re looking for a great space in Liverpool city centre for your next event with world class A/V support, get in touch to discuss turning your ideas into reality. 📣

We’re not currently hiring so we don’t need to bother with Disability Confident ❌

The ideal time to look at Disability Confident is when you’re not busy recruiting, so your inclusive interview practices are ready to go when you do hire next.

Recruitment is also only half of Disability Confident, the other half is staff management, ensuring that your team are equipped and supported to thrive in your workplace - reducing staff turnover and boosting staff satisfaction.

If you want to learn more about what we offer and join our Disability Confident movement, book in a meeting today using the link in our bio.

Jamescape’s first podcast appearance! 🎙️

Last week, Zack Walker (COO) visited Knauf Insulation in St. Helens to record an episode of their podcast, Knauf PodKast, to discuss all things disability support and neurodiversity in the workplace with Adam Leavesley, Talent Acquisition Business Partner.

We’ve been working with Knauf Insulation to support them on their Disability Confident journey and they’re committed to opening up more conversations around disability to help normalise it in the workplace.

Keep an eye out for the podcast episode dropping on Wednesday 13/05/2026, and thank you to Adam and the Knauf Insulation team for inviting us!
