It’s highly recommended to backup your device (photos, call logs, messages, etc.). Please remember to remove the SIM card, SD card, and all accessories. The warranty covers only part which was replaced, we do not take responsibility for devices repaired previously by other repair providers. The customer has 90 days (extended to 6 months due to COVID-19 ) to provide a final d

ecision about the quotation, make the payment for the repair, and collect the item. That means if a customer’s product, is brought/delivered to one of our Workshops for repair, and is “abandoned” by the customer for a period of 90 days (from the date we received the item), Rectangle Electronics Ltd will recycle, or otherwise dispose of or sell the item as a loss recovery measure, to recover the cost of repairs carried out and labour time already spent on the equipment, etc.
