‘e-sign’ is an electronic signature and secure digital ID and document management service, which offers users advanced electronic signatures, (as set out by E.U and federal legislation, see electronic communications act 200). The electronic signature is personal and unique to an individual/company, and the document to which it is attached. This replaces the need to hand sign documentation and retu
rn the original document to the sender or required recipient via the traditional postal service, thus promoting much quicker business transactions and efficiency. How it works
• An individual/business receives correspondence that requires a signature, (for example correspondence for litigation purposes, or a credit agreement, tax returns etc).
• The individual/business then registers on the e-sign website or via API integration into an individual company’s workflow.
• Upon registration, the users enter details such as name & date of birth and address or company name.
• Once registered, the user is then able to upload documents and their own unique digital signature and ID to them. This is achieved by the code generated containing the users Identification, a unique ‘digital fingerprint which is generated with each new electronic signature, and the document contents.
