Hello 👋 to all of our amazing customers, friends and yummy parents.

We wanted to come on today just to settle a few “rumours” should we say. We don’t know where they have come from but this is my chance to set the record straight.

A few weeks ago, we received some bad news, it’s been a crazy few weeks and we as a team and family needed to take some time out to deal with it. This has meant us closing for this short period and as heartbreaking as it is we have had to cancel some appointments. Anyone who knows me knows I hate to let people down so this was the last thing we wanted to do but unfortunately it was our only option. It’s made me and some of the team very poorly and plenty of tears have been shed.

We are on the road to recovery and we WILL be back open again. At the moment we are aiming for the 15th June at the latest, but this may be earlier, and of course you our amazing customers will be the first to know. And who knows there might be a cheeky discount too ;)

If anyone is taking advantage of our misfortune to damage our long standing reputation and long standing business, then firstly shame on you, and secondly we don’t take this lightly.

So please bear with us, keep us in your thoughts and if anyone tells you otherwise send them in my direction 🥰🥰🥰

Please Share, almost £1000 raised for local families! Last Christmas ourselves, Ace Blinds and Honest Cat Content Services made a combined donation to the Halton Christmas Toy Appeal. The HCTA was set up by local lady Nicky Woodward to help out local families that are struggling financially at Christmas time. This year we decided to donate again, and also to start a campaign inviting other local businesses to join us in donating. We started the campaign last week and have been blown away by the generosity of local small/medium businesses. The latest businesses to donate are AVControls, Bramwell Morris and a personal donation from Martin Wynne. This brings the total pledged through our little campaign so far to £990. If you are a local business and would like to donate to this much needed cause please get in touch, it will also provide your business with some positive local social media coverage. We are now back open on reduced hours Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday 10-3.30 closed Wednesday Saturday Sunday the phone will be on call divert so you are still able to contact us and we can arrange an appointment if need be. Also we have had a Perspex screen fitted and only allowing one in one out unless same family members , please stay safe and thank you for all the continued support in these hard times . Michelle

We have tried to remain open and help as many as possible but we now are forced to close temporarily I am arranging for any urgent completed systems to be picked up tomorrow the door will be locked and it will be done through appointments only to pick. Up
I hope you can all understand that this isn’t a choice we wanted to make but also we understand that the only way we can recover quickly and get back to some normality is to abide by the rules
We truly appreciate everyone of our loyal customers who have shown us so much support over the last twenty years we want to wish you all well and stay safe and msg me I will always try and respond and help whenever possible

Stay safe abide by the rules and hopefully we will all come out stronger and better in the end

We are trying to remain open as long as possible we have a lot of vulnerable people who rely on there pcs now more than ever I also have to consider our own help as I have low immune and Russ has a respiratory illness so we’re asking for just one person at a time to come in the shop and abide by the social distances required 🙂we know we at some point will also have to temporarily close to isolate ourselves but we will give notice to people and we will still answer msg and try and help over msg etc as much as possible and for any urgent needs we can always arrange a drop of and fix if needed but we would also ask is it a genuine emergency and something that could maybe not just wait till the world resumes some normality we as a business really appreciate the support we have from all our wonderful loyal customers
