Harker Pitch Practice at Scapegoat 2026 🎤

As part of Scapegoat 2026, our annual joint company conference, the team took part in a pitch practice session focused on competing amongst themselves to deliver the best one-minute Harker pitch.

Working in a mission-led start-up, it's important that our entire team is able to effectively communicate our work. This competitivesession gave everyone the opportunity to practice explaining Harker in a concise and clear way to give our staff greater confidence when speaking about Harker to external stakeholders.

LinkedIn Masterclass 📝

At Scapegoat 2026, our joint company conference, Emma (Social Media Executive) hosted a LinkedIn Masterclass to encourage all staff members to feel more confident posting about their achievements on LinkedIn.

In the session, we discussed why personal branding is important and how to structure a strong LinkedIn post. By the end of the session, everyone had written and scheduled a post relating to their work at Harker or Jamescape.

Harker School Talks 🧠

Over the past year, Zack Walker (COO) has been visiting local schools and colleges to talk about our journey with Harker to get more young people interested in tech,entrepreneurship, and career pathways after education. Collectively, Zack has spoken to over 180 students and counting!
