Meet the Team Monday!😊

This week meet Steph, our Office Administrator. Steph joined us in April 2026 and is in the office Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

She takes care of administration, social media and marketing.

Steph’s favourite part of working at IT Pro? Being part of a friendly, supportive and inclusive working environment with a really great team.

Away from the office Steph enjoys being outside in nature, walking, reading, gardening with her children and creating tasty feasts in the kitchen for friends and family.

This Monday feels a little different, we're opening the door to our brand-new office and the excitement is real.

Happy Monday everyone! 🌟

As we step into a new week, it's a great reminder that reliable technology is the backbone of every successful business.

Here at IT-Pro we start every Monday ready to keep your systems secure, your networks running, and your team supported, because downtime is never an option!

We are also making the BIG office move on Wednesday this week. This will mean that our Helpdesk will be slower than usual between 9am and 1pm on the 10th of June. Any critical issues will be dealt with as usual.

Update.

Work on our new office is going well and we’re on target to move next week.

Our plan is to move on Wednesday 10th June, this will mean that our Helpdesk will be slower than usual between 9am and 1pm. Any critical issues will be dealt with as usual but general support will be best efforts.

Steph will be manning the phones to ensure nothing gets missed and we’ll be back to business as usual by 1pm.

I’d like to personally thank all of our clients for their patience this week following Jasmines leaving to work closer to home. Her replacement Ben will join us from Tuesday 9th June, he will help bring us back up to the normal levels our clients enjoy.
