McKinsey describes organisational agility as “the ability of an organisation to renew itself, adapt, change quickly, and succeed in a rapidly changing, ambiguous, turbulent environment.”
As more companies move towards true organisational agility, there are four fundamental strategies to follow…

02. Units or teams that trigger organisational change
03. Cross-functional agility that aligns to one value stream
