Your content isn't the problem.
Your setup is.

Content doesn't always fail because it's bad.
It fails because you didn't set the scene.

Most creators jump straight to posting. They skip the setup and wonder why nothing lands.

Before you write a single post, do this:

➡️ Fix your headline, banner, and about section to tell one clear story

➡️ Build your network with the right people because new connections see your content first

➡️ Show up in the comments of creators your audience already follows

When you have a sharp profile, a warm network, and a familiar name, your content gets results.

But when you skip all of that? You're posting into a void.

The fix isn't more content, it's going back to the foundation and setting it up right.

P.S. What finally made your content land? Do you still remember when your first post got noticed?

Your Featured section could be generating leads.

Most people waste it completely.

When someone visits your profile, they scroll fast. Featured is where they decide to stay or leave.

But most profiles pin random posts or old announcements. No clear path, no next step.

Treat it like a conversion funnel, not a trophy shelf.
Every slot should move visitors toward action.

Here's how to set it up:

• Start with the lowest-friction offer
• Follow with something slightly deeper
• End with the bigger commitment
• Remove anything without a clear purpose
• Update it when your priorities shift

Order matters more than most realize.

The first item gets the most clicks.

For example:

1. Free resource or guide
2. Newsletter signup
3. Book a demo or start a trial

Give them a clear path and make it easy to follow.

Every link should answer one question: Why would a visitor click this?

If you can't explain why it's there, remove it.

More comments won't grow your brand.
The wrong ones will hurt it.

Everyone says "comment more to grow." So creators flood feeds with empty replies.

That's not engagement, that's noise.

When your name shows up with nothing to add, you train people to ignore you. That's the opposite of visibility.

Here's what actually builds reputation:

• Skip commenting when you have nothing real to add
• Share a relevant experience, not just an agreement
• Ask a question that moves the conversation
• Add a perspective the author didn't cover
• Write comments worth screenshotting

Fewer comments, more substance.

The creators getting inbound leads aren't commenting everywhere. They're commenting to add insight.

One thoughtful reply beats ten "Great insight!" posts.

Your comments are content too.
Treat them that way.

The goal isn't to be seen everywhere.
It's to be remembered by the right audience.

Engagement bait attracts engagement baiters.
Value attracts clients.

▶️ Do you comment to be seen or to contribute?

▶️ What's the last comment you wrote that started a real conversation?

Want more reach?
Hit ENTER more often

The readability of post matters as much as what it says.

We analyzed millions of posts and the results were clear:

Posts with better readability got up to 36% more reach.

And readability comes down to one thing:
Whitespace.

When your post looks like a wall of text, people scroll past. When it breathes, they stay.

Here's how to fix it:

• Break lines after every 1-2 sentences
• Mix short and medium sentences
• Add space before and after lists
• Use single-line punches for emphasis

Think of it this way:
People don't read posts.
They scan them.

If scanning feels hard, they leave.
If it feels easy, they keep going.

Your insight might be brilliant.
But if it's buried in a block of text, nobody sees it.

The best posts aren't just well-written.
They're well-spaced.

Next time you write, make sure it reads well on mobile. If it looks dense, hit ENTER more.

P.S. Do you break lines every sentence, every two, or vibes? What's one formatting rule you always follow?

LinkedIn rewrote its algorithm in 2025.
Most creators felt the change, fewer understood why.

It was a hell of a year, but we made it through 🥳
Let's revisit the 5 biggest changes.

We tracked posts from 30,000 creators, and here's what actually happened:

1. Reach dropped 22% across the board
Not just you, everyone felt it. The feed got more competitive, so now the same effort gets less visibility.

2. Video got its own feed (and got crushed)
LinkedIn launched the TikTok-style video tab. Meanwhile, video impressions dropped 72% in the main feed.

3. Saves became the strongest signal
One save now drives up to 5x more reach than a like. The algorithm started rewarding intent over impulse.

4. 360Brew went live and changed everything
This isn’t just another algorithm tweak. It now reads your post word by word and rewards clarity, authenticity, and expertise.

5. Comments got their impressions
LinkedIn has turned comments into trackable content. Data shows that a thoughtful comment can outperform an average post.

Creators who adapt will see growth. Those who ignore it will keep wondering why reach tanks.

We'll keep tracking new updates in 2026, and keep you posted 😉

What separates the 5% of posts people actually remember?

They're sharing what they actually know.

Most LinkedIn content looks the same now.

Recycled frameworks, engagement bait, and XY lessons listicles are all blending into one forgettable feed.

What's actually cutting through:
Content that delivers real value.

Actual insight they can use, not hot takes for the sake of hot takes, is what your audience wants.

Why it works:

• Builds trust faster than any growth hack
• Turns followers into customers.
• Keeps paying off over time.

The bar for "content" is on the floor right now.

Most creators post just to stay visible.
Few actually have something to say.
But visibility without substance is a dead end.

Here are some examples of what's worth sharing:

• Patterns you spot after hundreds of calls
• A framework you built after 6 failures
• Data you collected yourself

Stop asking "What should I post?"

Ask "What do I know that others don't?"

If your content could be written by someone who's never done your job, it's not valuable. It's noise.

The creators winning in 2026 will be the ones with real perspective.

P.S. What's the worst content trend you're seeing right now? Do you think feed is getting better or worse?

You put in the work, but your posts flop.
Most content fails the same test.

Writing content that gets ignored feels frustrating.

Especially when you spend an hour on a post, and when you hit publish, nothing happens.

It's usually not because your post is "bad", but because people can’t tell fast enough why they should care.

That’s why the 𝟰𝗖 𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀.
Think of it as a quick check before you hit publish:

1. 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿
Your message should land in 3 seconds.

2. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲
Cut every word that doesn't earn its place.

3. 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴
Tell a story, share an insight, or invite action.

4. 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲
Add proof, data, examples, or nobody will believe you.

You don't need fancy tricks.
Just run your next post through these 4 filters.

If it passes? Publish.

If it doesn't? You just found your weak spot.
Fix it and watch what happens to your engagement.

P.S. Do you struggle more with being clear or being concise? What's the hardest part of writing for you?

Yes, you can grow on LinkedIn faster.
Your solution is actually already there!

Turns out, the best way to see your numbers going up is to build authority on LinkedIn.

So stop waiting for the big breakthrough.
Start documenting what you're learning right now.

Your audience doesn't want polished theory.
They want real-time problem-solving.

You just need to share these 3 things:

• What you already know
• What you're still figuring out
• What you just learned yesterday

When you share early, the crowd relates to the friction and keeps their eyes on you. 👀

Think about it like this:

Something breaks, you spend days trying 5 different fixes, and finally, 1 works. You document what happened.

And BOOM, that's a post that gets attention and trust.

Your learning curve becomes someone else's cheat code.

By turning your experiences into assets, you attract folks who face similar issues.

Every solution you've built started as your personal nightmare. That's precisely why it hits.

Your audience wants to hear what you did and what happened.

The more specific you get, the more people lean in.

P.S. Do you share what you’re finding as you go? What’s a small win you could turn into a post today?

Your reach didn't tank for no reason.
LinkedIn just rewired the whole system.

They didn’t just tweak its algorithm;
they replaced it with 𝟯𝟲𝟬𝗕𝗿𝗲𝘄!

It’s a full reset of how LinkedIn reads, ranks, and recommends content.

It uses a two-stage process:

𝘚𝘵𝘢𝘨𝘦 1 filters millions of posts down to a few hundred based on your network and past engagement.

𝘚𝘵𝘢𝘨𝘦 2 is where the model takes over, it literally reads each post word by word.

It checks who wrote it, what the topic is, how clear it is, and whether people are reading or just liking fast.

Then it builds a temporary model of 𝗬𝗢𝗨, based on your last 2–3 months of activity, to decide what matters most.

So the feed isn’t random, as many would think, it’s 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

Here's how to work with this setup and get reach back:

• share 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁
• 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲 to top subjects you cover
• stay focused on 𝟯 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟵𝟬 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀
• drop 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵-𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

P.S. Do you notice your feed getting more specific lately? What kind of posts keep showing up for you now?

The new LinkedIn algorithm (brew360) is here.
𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗨𝗽 𝟲.𝟲 is our response. 🤓

Creators are drifting further apart.

Reactions and comment counts matter less.

LinkedIn now looks at your whole creator profile and deeper signals like saves, sends, and follower gains.

To see what really works for you, you need better data.

That’s what AuthoredUp 6.6 gives you.

𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 🔢

AuthoredUp can now collect and systematize LinkedIn’s advanced post stats. This includes:
• How many unique LinkedIn members have seen your post
• How many members have saved it
• How many have sent it to someone
• Profile views from the post
• Followers gained

They will show up in all the places you're used to - posts table, analytics, dashboard, and calendar.

Keep in mind that new stats are available only for posts up to 1 year old.
Unfortunately, LinkedIn doesn't have a convenient place to view these stats, so you will need to click each post manually to collect them.

Use the Post Details button to speed up the process while staying compliant with LinkedIn's policies.

𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 📊

Our new breakdown charts help you find your perfect post style by breaking down your content across:
• Content types (text, image, etc.)
• Post lengths
• Text readability
• Days and times of posting
• Number of links and mentions

𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝘃𝟮 🕑

We’ve improved our posting times model to better account for the new algorithm and smaller sample sizes.
We’ve also added the posting times chart to the analytics page, allowing you to analyze all your (or your team’s) past content’s performance by publishing time and day.

𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝘅𝗲𝘀 🔧

• Post preview now includes a Copy Text button that lets you copy the post's text in a format you can reuse in external applications like MS Word or Google Docs.
• More reliable stats collection. Before, stats sometimes didn't collect when you opened a post in a new tab.
• AuthoredUp now works better when you have many LinkedIn tabs open at once
• Fixed a crash when opening post details with certain timezone information

Polls are the easiest engagement hack.
And still, few use them right.

They take seconds to create, but often double visibility.

𝘞𝘩𝘺?

Because 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.

No long reads, no effort, just a click.

Voting makes them happy, and that single click sends a strong signal to the algorithm: “𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘴.”

But most polls flop because the topic or question is weak.

Here's how to make one work:

• Ask something opinion-based, not factual
• Keep options short (max 4 words)
• Add “Other” and invite them to comment below
• Avoid marketing disguised as feedback

Polls open the door for conversation and turn passive scrollers into active participants.

Authority comes to those who engage with the replies.

P.S. Do you still use polls?
What’s the last question that got people talking?

Ever wondered why your company posts flop?

Here’s what the data says 👇

We analyzed data from 10,000+ company pages and found a pattern that holds across industries.

When employees repost company content with their thoughts, this post gets 𝟮𝟬–𝟰𝟬% less impressions.

If they repost instantly, it's slightly better, but still weak.

But when employees write their own take, from their perspective, 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘀.

Give them context or a direction, but not a template. Let their words do the work.

Try this:

• Let employees tie it to their roles.
• Create fun challenges and rewards for all.
• Share insights they can comment on or add.
• Highlight results so they feel valued.
• Celebrate posts written in their own tone.

That’s how advocacy becomes influence.

P.S. Do you encourage your team to share company updates? What’s working (or not) for you so far?
