At OPUS 101 we are currently only building audio PCs with AMD processors. One of the most frequently asked questions we get asked is whether Pro Tools will run on an AMD CPU - given the official line from Avid is that Pro Tools only runs on Intel CPUs.

The short answer is yes, it runs just fine! For the long(er) answer, the article below explains why we're so confident.
