So, WOW β what a bloody productive day today training up one of my Voice AI agents... this really is cool as f*ck!
The AI Voice Agent is designed to be available for any business interested in agently.ai β to give them a real hands-on example of what it could do for their business.
Leah (my AI Agent) answers the call and then takes them on a 3-PHASE journey.
PHASE 1 β Information Collection
She asks for their name and contact details.
She explores what type of business they have, how they currently handle calls, and the kinds of enquiries they typically receive.
At this point, the Leah has everything she needs to run a role play demo, where the caller can pretend to be one of their own inbound enquiries β to see exactly how the Leah could handle their incoming calls.
(Just to be clear: the only training itβs had so far is from Phase 1 β in real-world use, it would be trained in much more detail about the business.)
PHASE 2 β Active Role Play
Now Leah switches into role-play mode, acting as an agent for the callerβs business β handling the enquiry and making a booking, based entirely on what she learned in Phase 1.
PHASE 3 β Wrap-Up & Next Steps
Once the brief role play is complete, Leah transitions back to speaking directly to the caller about next steps. By this point, they should be properly blown away by the potential, and Leah offers to book a free consultation call to explore how to implement their own AI Agent (it doesn't have to be called Leah!) in their business.
The video is a recording of me doing the final test to make sure that Leah functioned as expected - she's pretty impressive - see for yourself!
Now think of the potential of using this on my sales page!!
A prospect can read about the system, listen/watch the demo recording (which was real and not scripted by the way) AND even click a button to call up Leah and try it out for themself, with their own business details and have her act as their agent.
All I then need to do is handle the consultation calls booked on the back of someone impressed with Leah.
This goes back to one of the really important parts of marketing/selling - DON'T TELL....SHOW...let them get their hands dirty!
