Can CDH support multi-brand?
Pega till v8.7 has restriction on specializing CDH application per brand. This make it difficult for the organizations to make a logical separation of their CAR, AI/ML Models, Taxonomy, Business Artifacts, Next-Best-Actions, Inbound & Outbound schedules, Reports, etc.
We’ve built a custom solution (that follows all the CDH guidelines from PEGA) for one of our Health Insurance customer, that gives them capability to specialize CDH application as per their need.
Specializing CDH application offers,

- Configuring NBA designer with different taxonomy, customer journeys, NBA
schedules, Channels specific to implementation.
- Creating Inbound and Outbound schedules specific to implementation.
- AI & ML Models specific to implementation.
- Implementation specific Arbitration & Prioritization logics.
- Logically separated Interaction History.
- Dedicated DevOps pipeline to create simulation data.
Reviewing our implementation & based on the multiple requests from the customers, Pega has now added it to their CDH road map.
