The right to clean air is a fundamental right. Yet we rarely ever get to breathe clean air, especially in cities.

Invest in houseplants and Altos to control air quaity around you.

In 1989, NASA discovered that houseplants can absorb harmful toxins from the air, especially in enclosed spaces with little air flow. This study has been the basis for newer studies about indoor plants and their air cleaning abilities. While plants have less horse power than air purifiers, they’re more natural, cost effective, and therapeutic.

Does CO2 impact sleep? Yes!

As CO2 levels rise, you get less and less oxygen in each breath. This can cause you to feel sleepy, tired, or less focused. At more extreme levels, carbon dioxide can give you a headache and make you feel dizzy.

The primary source of indoor CO2 is you; as you breathe, you release large amounts of CO2 into the air.
