A clinic website doesn't need a redesign. It needs three small changes.
Most private clinic websites in the UK have the same fixable problems. None of them is dramatic. None of them requires a full rebuild. But fixing them is the difference between a website that looks professional and one that actually books patients.
→ Change one. The headline. "Welcome to Our Clinic" tells a patient nothing about what you treat, where you are, or whether you can help them. "Private paediatric consultations in London" tells them everything in seven words. It also happens to be exactly what they typed into Google.
→ Change two. The CTA. "Contact Us" is a passive request that puts the work on the patient to figure out what happens next. "Book a consultation" is a clear, confident promise. The verb is the conversion.
Change three. The trust signal. A single line, "Same-day appointments available", removes the biggest objection a private patient has when they're about to book, which is "How long will I have to wait?" That one line can double conversion rates.
None of this is new. Every conversion specialist has written about this for ten years. Most clinic websites still don't do it.
At Pulse Digital Health, we work exclusively with UK private clinics, consultants, and healthcare providers. We don't pitch redesigns when small changes will do. We audit what you've got, find the three or four fixes that move the needle, and ship them.
If your website is getting traffic but not bookings, the problem usually isn't traffic. Get your free conversion audit pulsedigital.health (link in bio), and we'll show you the three changes that matter most for your clinic.
