More lovely feedback, and another tight turnaround we were really proud to support. 😊

Following on from the client feedback we shared earlier this week, we wanted to share some more kind words, this time from Davey Williams at Beautiful Insights.

This was a fast-moving digital ethnography project, with a very tight turnaround to get the board built, creative uploaded, respondents live, and everything ready ahead of the client debrief the next morning.

It was a big ask, but exactly the kind of challenge our team loves getting stuck into. 🙌

The feedback meant a lot to us, not just because of the kind words, but because the board helped respondents clearly share what worked for them, what didn’t, and why, giving the Beautiful Insights team strong overnight insight to take into their session.

Here’s what Davey had to say:

“Just wanted to say a huge thank you for all of your help getting the ethnography board ready, and especially for yesterday. We knew it was a really tight turnaround — getting the creative over, getting it live for respondents, and making sure everyone knew what was happening. It was a big ask and you were absolutely brilliant. We really appreciate all of your help and diligence in getting everything ready in time.

We debriefed to the client this morning and there were some really amazing insights from the board overnight. It was really helpful in the session and there were a few options that came through that we were able to articulate really clearly — partly because the board was built so well that respondents could clearly express what worked for them and what didn't. A tough turnaround on our side, but you made it as easy as it could possibly be.

At the end of every focus group or interview hosted on VisionsLive, respondents have the option to complete a short feedback form about their experience using the platform.

It’s completely optional, anonymous and only takes a moment to complete, with just six questions covering things like:

A massive thank you to Atlantis Health for putting a big smile on Spencer Wood’s face this morning! 😊

Atlantis recently came to us with a large multi-market Bulletin Boards project, packed with content to upload and some very tight deadlines. Having worked with us on multiple projects before, they trusted the VisionsLive team to deliver this one too.

Our brilliant Key Account/Project Manager, Spencer, worked tirelessly in the evenings and over weekends to make sure everything was delivered successfully.

Atlantis appreciated his efforts so much that they sent him a lovely surprise in the post, with a little help on the drink choice and some expert secret keeping from Nikki, who is usually rubbish at keeping secrets, by the way! 😂

They really didn’t have to do this, but it genuinely made Spencer’s day.
