We’re live! Introducing the new TSI Partner Portal.
We’re excited to officially launch the TSI Partner Portal, designed to make it easier than ever for our Partners to access key information, resources, and updates — all in one place.
Through the portal, Partners can access the Training Academy, Support Desk, and Knowledge Base, as well as order hardware and broadband, with a simplified number porting process — all supported by an AI powered in-portal assistant designed to provide answers, guidance, and resources quickly and efficiently.
Partners will start receiving login details between 3rd and 4th February.
This launch is just the beginning. Development is already under way on additional features and enhancements that we’ll be rolling out later this year, as we continue to invest in tools that support our Partner community.
