A message from our Director.

With more and more in the news recently regarding Ransomeware Cyber Attacks, like WannaCry and the latest Petya attack, it's imperative that users stay vigilant.

So far no Mac's have been compromised. This means Windows users need to be extra observant when dealing with emails from unknown sources, as well as ensuring their passwords are sufficiently secure. If you have admin access to your machine then be careful downloading anything. Check with the Fresh Team if you have any doubts about a download.

Our Techs will do what they can with servers, patching where necessary and ensuring Firewalls are in place and up to date to block any malicious attacks.

Unfortunately these kinds of brute force attacks can even get through some of the best systems as shown with WPP and Mearsk. However with good disaster recovery and back up plans in place you can be safe in the knowledge that your data is in good hands.
