The new version of the app is now LIVE :)
You can now send your staff in a different location and unsure that they clock in/out ONLY when they have arrived at that exact location and get a notification when they do!!

You can now also connect the App to the WIFI of your building and only allow the staff to clock in when they are in the building and connected to it.

This version will allow you to repeat shifts daily, weekly or monthly automatically.

Great news 😊. The New version of the App has now been released.

You are now able to save time and copy/past shifts easily from edit rota screen.
Keep pressing on a shift created to copy them, and simply tap on as many cell as you want, to past it ...its that easy!

So exciting news .. today the website and the apps ( IOS and Android) have been released and are LIVE!

The tool was created to help you save time, and facilitate communication between you, and members of your team or clients.

You could have either a big, or small business, OnTime has been designed to always make sure you are aware of any changes in your planning, and gives you the availability to quickly react if someone is sick, or can not make it today, as well as keeping a close eye on the hour.

We are looking for Beta tester.

OnTime is specially designed to cut out hours of admin, OnTime puts all your management tools in one place – at your fingertips. Free to use, the application can be used by both you, and your team. So while you can do a whole range of tasks, from creating rotas to finding cover, your staff can be using the same app check shifts, swap shifts and request holiday and more..

1. Create a rota
