A standout opportunity for a high-calibre Oracle HCM Cloud Solution Architect to take a lead role in a major multinational Oracle HCM Fusion deployment covering all modules.
Positive and proactive in approach, seeking someone who has repeatedly operated as the dedicated Solution Architect on multinational Oracle HCM Cloud programmes and who will bring the credibility and necessary expertise to help drive a complex international implementation forward. It is highly likely you will have worked in Consulting, for Oracle Corporation (OCS) or for a leading SI.
This is a role for a robust, purposeful and commercially aware Oracle HCM Cloud professional who is comfortable working closely with the implementation partner to shape solution design, challenge where needed, and lead jointly to successful delivery.
You will play a key role in translating business requirements into an effective Oracle HCM Cloud solution, with oversight across: Business requirements, Process maps, Configuration workbooks, Technical design, Mapping into testing and change, Build, testing, migration, deployment and go-live alignment.
Positive, delivery-focused and able to operate at both strategic and detailed level, seeking a true Solution Architect who can add value quickly.
