I really enjoy providing individual support and training to home and small business computer users. If your computer isn't working correctly, I will give you impartial advice on what the cause may be and if repair is economical. If you decide to buy a replacement device, I'll then help you set it up and (where possible) transfer your files across.

I’ve been helping South London residents with "Online Health Checks" to stop small tech issues from becoming massive headaches!

Recent "Saves" include:

1. Password Ownership: Moved a client from a shared Google profile to a private one so they actually own their own password lists and other data.

2. Recovery Fixes: Recovered an account for a client locked out by an old phone number and unknown password. I updated her details so she’s never stuck again!

3. Digital Spring Clean: Disconnected old, unwanted apps that were still quietly linked to a client’s Google data.

Online Forms - Do you struggle with completing these, especially if they are longer than a few questions or you have to look up information or attach files?

Julia the PC GP offers individual support sessions to patiently guide you through them in your own home or office. I can even bring a scanner to capture your documents for inclusion in the forms.

I have been providing support and training for well over 10 years with many testimonials which you can view both on Nextdoor and on my website at www.pcgp.biz.

Sessions available many weekday afternoons, including today, totomorrow and Thursday for £40 an hour within the local area (I am based in Streatham and Tulse Hill).

I will be hosting an open Zoom session this afternoon so you can meet me and ask any questions before deciding if you would like to go ahead with a visit.

Smartphone Tip - Did you know that you can easily and securely share your smartphone's data with your other mobile devices (like your laptop, tablet or another mobile phone?

(or others with you)?

You can set up a password to limit access to those you choose.

I do this regularly and monitor the data usage via the My Vodafone app on the phone.

Its accessible on most phones via the Connections Menu where you'll using ifnd it called something similar to the image below.
